Classes:

A full refund will only be given within 7 days of booking.

Depending on how busy I am I will do my best to reschedule your class provided I am given at least 7 days notice. Unfortunately, being such a small business, I will not change any bookings if less that 7 days notice if given.

Your place is confirmed once payment is received or I say so in writing. Class sizes are small and materials are bought for each student.

Online shop:

I really hope you are happy with your purchases. Please let me know within 7 days of receiving it and send it back for a full refund. The item cost will by covered by you and you must send via registered tracked mail so that we have proof in case of any losses. The item must be packed to a high standard to prevent any damage.

Shipping is to the UK and orders will be sent within 5 days of being received. You may also collect your pieces from my studio, CR0 2EN.
